RIDING

A misunderstood miracle.

I am often asked if I ride and the direction that I have, I must say that I ride very rarely, not only due to lack of time!

Since I discovered the fascination of analyzing and studying and realized that riding in itself is the smallest element in understanding the horse and not even needed to have fun with the horse so the ports activity often last for me. It does not mean I do not love to fly forward at a gallop on the endless forest paths or on the beach at the water, many are the wonderful memories that had accumulated over the years.

I call myself a qualified hobby rider and it is probably closest to the truth so, I have absolutely no direction when it is not important to me, I just want to understand the function.

Then there is the question of breed, which I prefer? It is easy to be racist when you have an individual that it works well with, but I must say that in addition to the warm-blooded trotters, I can not hold up to any particular race, it is the individual who decides.

The warm-blooded trotter in itself will always be dear to my heart when I learned so very much from them and because they simply have so much to give.

My sources of inspiration are few, I can count them easily, the horse is there, a monumental number one. Everything I've learned and everything I will convey the essence of this magnificent creature!

Riding for me is an interaction between two individuals. As a dance, coordinated symmetry in which both participants have a chance to shine.

The movements created I want to be beautiful and well executed, just at the limit of what one can do, nothing more and nothing less.

Beautiful movements are simple movements without the involvement of too many plans, strong functional movements aware that you can hold on to and repeat without losing form.

In riding, we have a leading, just as the dance leader for his partner. "To do this," she says, and displays on the right track. This is one of trust, trust the horse that we just want to follow us well and to the extent it can be!

To know which movement we will perform many factors play role.

Fitness, knowledge, quality.

Anyone can ride, but not all exercise art form of riding.

I want to analyze the various factors that come into play and plays a role when it comes to the use of another individual for their own purposes, it is not exactly so that the horse is born to be ridden, that is something we have chosen.

We have many structures that take into account, not least our own.

Nothing is wrong in riding as long as we do not exploit the fact that we deal with one of the world's most sensitive animal, the horse who could die from a needle stick.

Horseback riding can be really exciting when we realize that we are the ones that control the shape and structure of work, then hang it all on our interests, and how far we are prepared to learn us to understand this second individual has now become a part of ourselves.

Riding is what we do, but we need to understand and cope with the pillars!

Soul, Body and Mind

The three basic personalities / equestrian types will be colored by life, coach, horses, events and other situations that shape them into the other structures and gives us an overall picture of who this particular rider is. Quite often, we pull off two or even all three, but it started somewhere and that is exactly where we can go in and watch our riders, who are you really and where your problems began?

Right and left handed plays a role and this will also give us a hint of personality, she thinks too much or she knows too much?

Body rider applies Telepathy rarely or never in her life, she knows so well and still do as she made the last 25 years and wade Telepathy, is not functioning?

Mind Rider may have shared views and are happy to listen to others' opinions about alternative beliefs and ways of thinking but do not really know what to believe.

Soul Rider knows that it is so, she knows that it exists, we know that every day use our different talents and knows how to use them, this is neither surprising or new to her.

We can hope and work to achieve balance in these three key elements that represent our real I, the one we really are, to get the most out of being together with our friend the horse.

When we talk about riding is the usual image and wish us to shape the horse. But when the rider?

The rider is no more and no less than his own, and I here we ought to ask ourselves, who are you?

When we look at the animal horse, we must see it for what it is, a flight animals roam.

In all kinds of assessments that we do then we need to take this into account, as in all of exercise and handling.

In the case of riding, we can make it easy for us, we can define the assessment and classification of the different structures of the training, which we call disciplines.

All training is training of course but we place a different emphasis on different parts of the horse's body in various disciplines. I am committed to training the horse allrount, when training is one-sided, we lose the value of the total sum of the results, to train unilaterally create too much negative in the horse's motion.

When we build the horse to be sustainable for the indisputable, we can then look at the different muscles and its function, we can also look quite generally on what we should and should not build.

Riding is Fun, Lets have fun!
